Human Resource Manager at Thamani Sacco

Thamani Sacco Ltd is a licensed deposit-taking Sacco located within Tharaka Nithi County. The Sacco is seeking to hire a skilled professional for the position of Human Resource Manager on a renewable contract basis. The position is based at our Head Office in Chuka Town.

Minimum Qualification Skills And Experience

• Applicant must be a holder of KCSE mean grade C and above.Must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in human resource management from a recognized university.Must be a certified human resource practitioner and an active member of IHRM.Must be a computer literate.Have demonstrated a high level of leadership and management capabilityMust have excellent communication skills and good interpersonal relationships.Must be a team playerMust have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.Must be between 30-40 years of age.
