Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy, outlining a clear plan and objectives that encompass various platforms and lead sources. This plan should aim to diversify and optimize lead acquisition, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Implement and execute strategic cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients, utilizing tools such as Amplemarket.
- Leverage LinkedIn Salesnavigator and other social media platforms for prospecting and lead generation, establishing connections with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient progression towards sales opportunities.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sales and marketing technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and strategies.
Requirements for the Remote jobs south africa
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and prospecting, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency in Amplemarket, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Experience using HubSpot CRM and Sales tools, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to leverage these platforms for effective lead management and sales acceleration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and team members.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
