Reporting to the Head, Organization Design & Change, the role is responsible for the operationalization and compliance to the change management framework within the Centre of Excellence (CoE). The scope of the role includes organizational culture and change management to enhance business performance in line with organizational strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement the change management framework and processes, and support business units to ensure compliance in implementing change initiative.
  2. Develop appropriate Change Management metrics that will measure the effectiveness of the Bank’s Change initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with HR Business Partners on issues pertinent to organizational effectiveness and change management.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders including the Strategy Function to ensure the business case for change is clearly defined and documented.
  5. Deliver timely change management strategies to sustain high levels of employee engagement and commitment to new initiatives.
  6. Ensure adoption of change initiatives and new ways of working across the Group, benefits realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of desired outcomes.
  7. Manage, coordinate, and track organizational culture programmes and initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with HR Business Partners in supporting divisions, regions, and branches to embed culture programmes.
  9. Coordinate the implementation of Organization Health Index (OHI) Surveys in liaison with HR Business Partners and Business Units, cascade results, develop action plans and track successful implementation to enhance employee experience and improvement of work environment.

The Person, Senior Manager

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: –

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field from a recognized university. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Certification in Human Resource such as CHRP or Change Management Certification. 
  • At least 6 years work experience in HR Change Management and Organizational Culture Management.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of management and subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to drive adoption of Change Management initiatives.
